Cairdeas Clubhouse Bray

Cairdeas Clubhouse Bray is up and running.  We had a successful Open Day and we are hoping to get new members in.  We are using the recovery tree as our logo for the moment but our art group might come up with something different.

We have taken on a garden project which will keeps us busy for a few mornings a week.  We have a long way to go as the garden has been derelict for years.  As you can see we have a lot of work ahead of us before we get any planting done.

We have cookery a couple of afternoons a week, where we make our own brown bread among other things.  Stella is our brown bread expert and her recipe will be in our first newsletter so you can try it at home!

There are Computer workshops on Monday morning and in the afternoon we have Art. Vera is new to computers and is doing great.  A DIY workshop takes place on  Thursdays and we are working away on our first News Letter and hope to get that out soon. There is also an opportunity to go for a stroll before lunch.

Chris is always on hand to man reception and greet our visitors with a smile.

Early days but we are making progress thanks to a lot of help from Louise, Niamh, Carmel and a great team here in Cairdeas Clubhouse!
